By accessing the site, submitting a registration, or attending the event, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or register for the event.

This event and site are designed for licensed insurance agents, financial advisors, and annuity professionals. The content is educational and business-focused. It is not a consumer-facing offer to sell insurance products. You represent that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

Registration requires completion of the registration form and payment through our payment processor, Stripe. All fees are displayed before checkout and must be paid in full to secure your seat. Prices and availability are subject to change until your payment is confirmed.

You may request a full refund through the refund cutoff date shown on the registration page. After that date, we have committed to venue, catering, and hotel costs on your behalf, so registrations become non-refundable. Tickets may not be transferred to another person or event without our written approval.

Event dates, location, schedule, and speakers are subject to change. We will communicate material changes to registered attendees as soon as practicable. We are not liable for changes outside our reasonable control, including weather, travel disruptions, or vendor issues.

We expect professional, respectful conduct throughout the event. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unlawful, or harmful to others, without refund.

All materials, presentations, videos, and content provided during the event are owned by Jacobs Financial Services or its licensors. You may not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit event content without our prior written permission.

The event provides education, training, and general business guidance. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or compliance advice. Your business results will depend on many factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, revenue increase, or production result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jacobs Financial Services and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the site or event. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for your registration.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jacobs Financial Services and its team from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your conduct at the event, your violation of these terms, or your misuse of event materials.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the event will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
